Potato Masal

After a lot of discussions about this week's menu, we all resorted to Chappathi and Potato Masal. [parota master] Haji kneaded the dough until it got smooth, then rolled it, folded it and rolled it again so that Chappathi gets soft and bulges on cooking!! His efforts were accompanied by Shakir who also tried his hands in rolling it. Surendran gave hands to their efforts by baking the Chappathi!! Hurray!! Our chappathis got bulged as it comes in any other ad!! Kudos to all those worked on this!!


Adding to the flavor, [side-dish master] Sushil made Potato Masal!! Suna and Kuzhandhai chopped onions for him!! It was so tasty that the absence of tomato and green peas weren't felt!! Poor Sushil.. As usual he was left with nothing at the end!! As the days are passing, Sushil is getting better in his preparations!!
